After identifying what needs treating with Dr Schinazi, the patient is settled into a room dedicated to Cristal Fit® electrostimulation.
All metallic items must then be removed, as they could interfere with the electromagnetic waves (rings, bracelets, belts, etc.).
A medical assistant then positions the applicators according to Doctor Schinazi’s recommendations and follows the protocols he has prescribed (the intensity and frequency settings for the muscle contractions).
Once the treatment has begun, the forced contractions can be felt by the patient and the pattern follows a very precise training protocol for 30 to 45 minutes.
In total, 20,000 to 30,000 contractions are carried out per session (“crunches” or “squats”).
Note that the Cristal Fit® treatment only stimulates the muscles and does not affect the surrounding tissues in any way.

How does Cristal Fit work?
Cristal Fit uses electromagnetic waves to trigger muscle contractions far more intense than voluntary ones, at high frequency and power. Clinical studies report an average 15% increase in muscle mass in the treated areas two months after the course. The areas concerned are the abdominal belt, thighs, buttocks, and soon the arms.
How does a session go?
After removing any metal objects, a medical assistant positions the applicators according to the protocol prescribed by the doctor (intensity and frequency). Forced contractions are felt for 30 to 45 minutes, i.e. 20,000 to 30,000 contractions per session. Only the muscles are stimulated; the surrounding tissues are not affected.
Are there any after-effects or downtime after the session?
No adverse effects have been reported to date. There is no downtime: professional and daily activities can resume immediately. Results are generally visible 4 to 6 weeks after the initial phase.
How many sessions are needed and how much does it cost?
An initial phase of 4 to 6 sessions over 2 to 3 weeks is recommended, followed by monthly maintenance (or every 3 months for athletes). The fee is 150 euros per session. The treatment is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, with a copper IUD or with metal/electronic implants (pacemaker, defibrillator).
